What You Will Be Doing:Cold call prospective clientsResearch prospective clients through diverse methods including but not limited to internet research, trade show lists, referrals, yellow pages, various professional directories, and personal investigationCreate accurate spreadsheets of prospective client data including names, titles, phone numbers, addresses, and various other informationGenerate daily mailings to prospective clients using updated and accurate spreadsheetsCreatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategiesNegotiate rates and deadlines with current and prospective clientsEducate current and prospective clients on the sales process, including TransPerfect rates, justification for turnaround time, and competitor informationWork closely with production to ensure that all projects are handled appropriately with keen attention to detail for outstanding qualityConsistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality, and customer serviceResearch and develop sound understanding of all market industries relevant to TransPerfect, including industry leaders, current events, and any other pertinent dataPerform other special projects or duties as assignedWho We Are Looking For:Your experience includes:Excellent written and verbal English communication skills1-4 years sales experienceMinimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalentExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skillsEffective time managementDesired Skills:Experience in or selling to law firms and legal clients strongly preferred
