Oracle Elevator
Duties/Responsibilities:
Generates sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling. Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers. Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts. Ensures clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion. Communicates client needs and demands to management. Forecasts and tracks client account metrics. Manages projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while also meeting company goals. Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients. Coordinates with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service. Services multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines. Keeps records of client transactions. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred Must have a minimum of five years of experience in sales and/or account support role Industry experience a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Salesforce experience preferred
