Account Manager

Coordinating, collecting, and implementing group benefits with carriers and responsible for group benefit meetings. Building relationships between brokers, carriers, vendors and HR directors. Resolving client inquiries. Consulting employers’ HR departments on insurance needs that could impact their benefits goals. Interacting with all departments within eBen and orchestrateHR.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties:

Assist agents, as well as clients with gathering data for quotes for new groups and renewalsPrepare spreadsheets with carrier optionsUse India teams to collect data when neededResolve the day-to-day service issues, including eligibility, billing, and claim issues with internal departments, clients, carriers, and Vendors.Prepare Benefit Booklets for clientsConduct enrollment meetings

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a related field of at least two yearsResident Life & Health LicensePresentation and communication skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office products
