We’re looking for an Account Manager, HED based in McGraw Hill China. Reporting to our Sales Manager-HED China, this role will be responsible for exceeding sales expectations of McGraw Hill’s suite of Higher Education course products within the assigned territory and by connecting with faculty and key stake holders at colleges and universities to increase market share and McGraw Hill digital usage. How will you make an impact? Develop systematic strategies and actionable plans to create maximum value for the target key customers and unlock full potential of them to accelerate revenue growth. Optimize business model and extend market scope based on the in-depth research and analysis of customer needs, market trends and McGraw Hill offerings. Build internal and external relationships to establish a network of business and decision makers for key customers. Strong coordination with internal resources and cross functional collaboration for delivery of innovative solutions for key customers. Work closely with teams and partners to ensure a positive customer experience. Secure high levels of customer satisfaction through solution optimization and timely issue resolution. Share, learn and implement best practices from and with other teammates. Continually strengthen industry and product expertise to benefit personal and company’s reputation and brand. We’re looking for someone with: Bachelor's Degree required. Evidence of being a high achiever with track record of success demonstrating a passion to succeed and competitive spirit. Ability to collaborate in a team environment, adapt to change, and problem solve independently. Excellent presentation communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with CRM tools (such as Salesforce), understanding of productivity software, and strong Excel skills are a plus. Higher Education Sales Consultants are experienced sales consultants and communicators who are highly organized, data-driven, and can quickly learn and leverage new technologies to maximize the impact of McGraw Hill solutions on educators and learners. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit – is willing to seek out, engage, and close business all while working in a dynamic/complex environment.
