Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for an experienced **Account Manager** in Culver City, CA. **Type:** 40hrs/wk. Contract **Start Date:** Within two to three weeks. **Pay:** $37.82 to 42.02/hr BOE **Length:** Temp to Hire **Hours** : 8am to 5pm; M-F Responsibilities for the **Account Manager** role include: + Growth Consultations: Partner with multilocation accounts to provide tailored growth strategies, leveraging insights and best practices to drive business development. + Troubleshooting and Support: Act as the primary point of contact for multilocation partners, quickly addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring operational continuity. + Organizational Alignment: Collaborate with partners to streamline internal processes, enhance organizational access, and promote consistency across multiple locations. + Strategic Communication: Develop and implement targeted communication strategies to engage partners, providing guidance and education on maximizing platform benefits. + Performance Analysis: Conduct regular business reviews and data-driven consultations to assess partner performance, identify opportunities, and implement actionable strategies. + Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with multilocation partners to foster trust, loyalty, and long-term collaboration. + Support for New Initiatives: Assist partners in implementing new strategies and initiatives that align with their business objectives and growth potential. Qualifications for this **Account Manager** role: + Analytical Skills: Ability to quickly analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to drive partner growth. + Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to swiftly resolve partner concerns and ensure continuous operational efficiency. + Relationship Management: Skilled in building trusted relationships with partners to facilitate growth and collaboration. + Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on partner needs and market changes. + Communication: Effective communicator, capable of conveying complex ideas in a clear and actionable manner. + 1+ years of experience in sales or account management + Proven ability to build and maintain relationships + Adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment + Strong communication and organizational skills + Focused on delivering results in a short timeframe **Pay Details:** $37.82 to $42.02 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
