Job DescriptionResponsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Campaign Management: Oversee through-the-line (TTL) campaigns, predominantly focusing on digital, from start to finish with minimal senior supervision.Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions, managing expectations and ensuring excellent service delivery.Client Partnership: Develop deep understanding of client business and relationships, positioning yourself as an indispensable partner to ensure longevity and a strong partnership.Strategic Understanding: Grasp client strategies and agency processes to deliver high-quality work efficiently.Project Ownership: Take full accountability for all work presented and delivered.Financial Targets: Support the Account Director and Business Unit Director in achieving financial targets.Information Management: Provide seniors with accurate information to ensure proper support for both you and the client.Client Communication: Engage in honest conversations with clients to foster trust and ensure positive outcomes.Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to clients, driving better work, business conversations, and building stronger business relationships.Creative Integrity: Maintain the integrity of the creative strategy and work throughout the campaign.Team Management: Manage different personalities within the team to achieve the best results from each individual.Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, including broad communication trends and client competitor work, to add value to your client's business.QualificationsQualifications / Experience / Skills:
Education: Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business Communications.Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an Account Executive with at least 1 year as a Mid-Level Account Manager in an Advertising Agency or a similar environment.Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and experienced with Chase.Industry Knowledge: Essential experience in TTL and Digital, with a strong understanding of digital marketing.Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written).Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills.Organizational Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills.Numerical Skills: Strong numerical skills with experience in financial and budget management.Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously.Stakeholder Management: Seamlessly manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders to deliver according to brief, strategy, and high standards.Personality Attributes:
