Account Manager

We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines group in the Blue Bell, PA office.  This position will service existing accounts and coordinate account activity as well as evaluate existing coverages and make recommendations as needed.

Specific responsibilities include:

Prepare specifications and applications for marketing new and renewal businessPrepare client proposals for presentationBind coverages with carriers, prepare and/or authorize the release of Certificates of Insurance, Accord Binders, and other evidence of coverageReview and audit policies for compliance with internal procedures and in accordance with binders specificationReceive, review and forward invoices, endorsements and other documents as necessaryMay accompany Account Executive to participate in Zoom, Teams or other video conferences - as necessary to ensure client satisfactionApply (basic) proficiency of loss analysis, SIRs, Retrospective Rating/loss sensitive plans on account activity as neededMaintain accurate data in agency management system

Minimum 2-5 years of commercial lines experience with middle market and/or large accountsExperience with staffing accounts preferred4-year college degree or equivalent work experienceValid Property & Casualty Insurance licenseAbility to establish and maintain relationships with clients and carriersStrong presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skillsSuperb attention to detail and strong organization skillsAbility to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environmentProven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a teamProficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with EPIC a plus
