Job DescriptionThis role is the key contact for assigned accounts within a territory. This role provides tactical sales direction and communication strategies to defend existing business, improve profitability of existing business, and to profitably develop new business. This individual will work with internal stakeholders to build and implement strategic business and marketing plans for assigned accounts. This role is focused on growth of an assigned territory with a focus on growing share of wallet.

Coordinates Sales Management, R&D, Marketing and Field Service in support of validation trials and customer trialsManages accounts receivable as acceptable levels with assistance from the credit departmentWork with Strategic Marketing to identify, analyze and recommend actions to meet strategic unmet customer needsCollaborate with cross-functional teams on the development and implementation of defined strategy (technology, product management, commercial) for the market and targeted segmentsReporting:
Report and communicate current performance achievements in terms of sales and marketing contribution to the business unit for monthly management reportingDrive forecast accuracy for improved business resultsIdentifies competitive insights marketing strategies, pricing structures or product performance and communicates intelligence to stakeholdersResponsible for the management of Account Planning, Pipeline management, profitability improvements, and churn management in CRM toolWHAT WE VALUE
