Job DescriptionKey Tasks and Responsibilities:
Meet/liaise with clientsManage a portfolio of accountsReceive briefs/debriefs on projectsAttend status meetingsKeep a detailed status document of projects on the go with timelines/deadlinesManage projects from start to finish:Follow up with studio/client to ensure deadlines are metChecking all artwork before presenting to client to ensure work is on brief / all relevant feedback is applied.Interrogate client debriefs to ensure work remains on brief and best practice is adhered toManage project plan to ensure all campaigns are briefed timeously.When required, compile cost estimates to be approved by management before sending on to clientDeliver presentationsAttend meetings with clients (when required)Maintain good relationships with clientsManage budgets, campaign costs and client’s invoicesAssist with traffic and drive work in studioUndertake administration tasks related to the client portfolioQualificationsRelevant tertiary qualificationMinimum 5 years’ working experience in an Advertising Agency, with 2-3 years’ experience as an Account ManagerAfrikaans (Read, write and speak)Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word / Excel / PowerPoint etc.)Strong CRM/Digital Direct Marketing experienceA good command of the English language (both verbal and written)Strong presentation and people skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsStrong multitasking skills (ability to work onAdvantageous:Understanding of print productionAn understanding of Marketing Automation/Technology (Martech)Retail experienceFinancial Services experienceAdditional InformationPersonality
