Job Summary:
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and increasing revenues by identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities. You will serve as the primary interface for all products and services, creating demand and raising the profile of our offerings with customers. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by working closely with experienced professionals in the field.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Driving new customer development and securing the growth of our V2X products and related services. Gather government funding information for Connected Vehicle, participating companies, funding distribution, and understanding of state DOTs/Municipal/city agencies CV projects deployment partners and eco-system. Aggregate RFP, RFQ, RFI for Connected Vehicle bids from State, City, or municipal agencies for Connected vehicle projects, and be the contact person. Support gathering of V2X products technologies and competitive intelligence Negotiates and closes sales agreements by defining terms and conditions. Generate quote for customers projects. Manages new customer onboarding by working with cross functional teams to ensure customer success. Responsible for managing and updating internal sales management tools and generate report at the end of the month to top management. Performs other duties as assigned. Generate customer invoice through entry into company oracle systems and follow up with customers on invoice collections.Skills and Abilities:
Account management for new technology products such as V2X, and emerging ones.Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field 5-8 years of relevant experienceSalary Range: $100,900 - $126,000
