ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, performing project and account management of strategic customers, to ensure total customer satisfaction. Manage assigned channel partners or clients to meet sales targets and ensure total customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Capable for product promotion and explore opportunity from what customer needsAnalyze and improve business and marketing strategies on key/assign accounts including distribution channelsIdentifying new business opportunities for demand and creationBuilding and maintaining solid relationships with key/assign accounts and distributorsMain point of contact between key/assign accounts and internal team with regard communicating, addressing and resolving business issueNegotiating contracts with key accounts and distributors, and meet established deadlinesWork with R&D engineers to offer solutions based on their requirementsStrategically work smart to enhance engagement efficiency and defense competitor’s penetration.Participate in cross function/region activities.Attend sales meetings and conferencesMonthly and Quarterly business review with key distribution channelManage the appropriate inventory of distribution channelDevelop goals and objectives in accordance with company goals and objectivesProvide update market, sales forecast & reportQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree and aboveKnowledge of Windows applications as well as CRM softwareExcellent communication skills, both written and oralStrong negotiation skills and able to build rapport with customersSelf-driven, independent and result orientatedMinimum 5 years sales experience, preferred working experience in electronics component industry including automotive.Proven experience in key account managementProven experience in distribution channel businessLocal/Overseas business trip is required.Knowledge or experience in any of thermal Interface Material, EMI Products, and Passive Component will be plus.PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
