The Role
The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders, fostering and maintaining strong relationships. This customer-focused role involves managing initiatives that align with the customer's goals and objectives. The Account Manager works collaboratively to ensure projects are executed successfully from initiation to completion, providing consistent support and strategic insights.
What You’ll DoRelationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with customers and internal teams & Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and Veeva, addressing needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.Customer Support: Understand customer objectives, challenges, and opportunities to deliver tailored solutions & Proactively provide recommendations to optimize customer success and project outcomes. Project Oversight: Manage and oversee projects from initiation through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met & Monitor progress, address risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Collaboration and Coordination: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions. & Facilitate communication between internal departments to align on project goals and deliverables.RequirementsB.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience1+ years of account management/project management experiencePharmaceutical Speaker Bureau experience is a plusPharmaceutical Event Planning experience is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProfessional and clear oral and written communicationDemonstrate ability to work in a dynamic environment, and/or multitask often to meet fluctuating customer /company priorities Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Nice to HaveFamiliar with health sciences and regulated environmentsMaintain current knowledge of appropriate regulations, e.g., OIG, PhRMA CodeFundamental knowledge of Veeva Commercial Cloud Product Suite including by not limited to Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Events Management, and EngageAbility to work and thrive in a team atmospherePositive attitude and maintain a “Whatever it Takes” attitudePerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $50,000 - $90,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
