Account Manager – Healthcare
We are seeking a high-caliber Account Manager – Healthcare to join our team and manage customer relationships in the greater Boise area. This is a home-office position focused on foodservice sales, with daily in-person travel to existing customers (no overnight travel required).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers a starting compensation range of $75,000 - $100,000 (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Auto & Phone).

Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals. Present products and services to prospective and existing clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Create detailed business plans to achieve goals and quotas. Seek out new sales opportunities through networking and referrals. Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate records of sales and customer data. Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Proven experience as an Account Manager, or in sales/customer service roles. Strong relationship-building, organizational, and time-management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of market research, sales techniques, and negotiating principles.Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare sales or a similar setting.About us
