Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our Non-Profit Team at Acrisure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry and a passion for working with non-profit organizations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain relationships with non-profit clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.

Develop and implement tailored insurance programs and risk management solutions for non-profit organizations.

Day to Day contact with clients performing policy changes, reporting claims, billing questions, proofs of insurance and routine tasks.

Ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns or inquiries promptly.

Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members as needed.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices relevant to non-profit organizations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on non-profit organizations.

Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Professional designations such as CIC, CISR, or CRM are a plus.
