Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)They are looking for someone that has worked previously but may be ready to move out of ‘entry level’ InsideResponsibilities Provide and maintain a high level of customer serviceInteract with customer in-person and via phone Follow-up on leads and educate customers on apparel offerings.Consult and suggest comparable products at multiple price pointsBuild and maintain client relationships Resolve customer problems in a timely and effective mannerAssist with inventory tracking (Purchase order receivables)Accurate data entryAccount Manager Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with clients effectively.Customer Service: Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, and resolve customer issues promptly.Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and offer solutions to clients' needs. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, especially for inventory tracking and data accuracy.
