Aon Insurance Managers is one of the largest Captive Manager in the world operating in all major captive domiciles including Guernsey, Ireland, Luxembourg, Italy, Bermuda and Switzerland.
Our wide-ranging business activities are focused on insurance/reinsurance management and, in close cooperation with our sister company AGRC, risk finance consulting services.
In order to further strengthen our team in Luxembourg, we are currently seeking to appoint an Account Manager.

What the day will look like
The Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of clients, ensuring that the client needs are met, working with team members to ensure the clients’ companies under management remain in compliance with regulatory and accounting requirements.
Key responsibilities of the position are: - manage the day-to-day operations of clients and be their primary contact, - preparation and review of financial statements to strict deadlines as well as budgets & forecasts, - co-ordination and completion statutory audits, - preparation of materials for client board meetings, taking notes and preparation of minutes, - preparation of Tax and VAT returns, - liaison with senior executives of major global corporations and insurance supervisors.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
For our ambitious team we are looking for someone: - with a good knowledge in accounting and an insight in numbers, - fluent in German, French & English is essential, - reliable and entrepreneurial, - team-player who enjoys working in a multinational environment, - good knowledge of MS office software.
Previous experience within the (re)insurance industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
