Job Description

We are looking for a competent Account Manager in Digital Marketing to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. Reporting to our Client Partner, you'll be directly responsible for supporting the management of a client portfolio, ensuring you understand your clients business objectives and how our work delivers to support them. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

You will support the client lead, or in specific cases be the client lead, seeking the efficient and effective running of your assigned client accounts, ensuring client teams are delivering against expectations set out by the client lead.Responsible for independently performing BAU tasks, such as pacing, reporting, etc on your assigned client accounts, including but not limited to data, technology auditing and contact report creation.You will understand and be able to discuss Jellyfish product/solutions provided with the client team. You will understand how they effects and impact the wider business.You will understand and adhere to client management best practices.You will contribute towards the success of your hub, through maintaining high standards across everything you do

 

Qualifications3+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager, or similar sales/customer service roleUnderstanding of Google Ads, Facebook, GMP, Analytics value and operationGood communication, both verbal and writtenAbility to articulate and converse with confidence, demonstrating good interpersonal skills and ability to connect to Jellyfish cultureAbility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and prioritise multiple demandsGood commercial awarenessA passion for digital and a desire to learn new skillsStrong organizational skills
