Job Responsibilities: Focused on generating new business opportunities; no pre-existing book of business provided.Manages a 6-12-month sales process with deal values ranging from $10K to $50K; targets include $1M per quarter and $4M annually.Gradual onboarding with a lower target in the first 90 days, leading to quarterly commissions based on performance.Demonstrates the ability to ask insightful questions and independently manage tasks.Focused on accounts within a 60-mile radius of Allentown and Bridgewater, NJ, with proximity to SAP headquarters in Pennsylvania.
Basic Hiring Criteria:Requires 5-10 years of proven success in technology sales, particularly in enterprise accounts.Proficient in handling objections and building relationships with C-level executives.Proficiency with Salesforce and ZoomInfo for accurate data logging and account management.Comfortable working independently and driving results in a high-paced environment.
