Account Manager
Job Title: Account Manager Job Description + In this role, you will be responsible for updating commercial procedures and our ERP system (Epicor), managing active parts, and overseeing key customer activities. + You will build strong relationships with customers, manage projects, and ensure timely communication and resolution of issues. + Your ability to liaise cross-functionally and develop a working knowledge of our production capabilities will be crucial to your success. Responsibilities + Update commercial procedures and ERP system (Epicor). + Manage all aspects of active parts, including statuses and problem-solving from initial contact through final payment. + Oversee key customer activities, follow-ups, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution and communication. + Build strong relationships with customers and act as the main point of contact for their issues. + Manage projects in conjunction with internal teams and liaise cross-functionally to resolve customer and internal issues. + Manage part configuration, change control, and customer documentation. + Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner. + Develop a working knowledge of the company's production capabilities. + Manage customer orders, quotes, shipment information, and remove roadblocks as needed. + Enter and manage customer complaint cases and returns, and manage expiring raw materials. + Review, correct, and confirm acceptance of Customer Purchase Orders within 48 hours of receipt. + Communicate daily with Customer, Sales, and Operations to ensure jobs are on schedule and accurate. Essential Skills + Experience in inside sales, order processing, administrative support, and data entry. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. + Strong account management and administration skills. + Experience with ERP systems, specifically Epicor. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience as an Account Manager. + Proven ability to manage customer relationships and resolve conflicts. + Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Work Environment The company has approximately 325 employees, with the account management/inside sales team consisting of 6 people. The work environment offers flexible hours, though the position is 100% onsite. Employees work in cubicles alongside the teams they support. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
