Account Manager

At IranTalent, we are looking for an energetic person for a winning team. Our goal is to find the needs of customers, provide human resources solutions with IranTalent services, and provide the best user experience while using the purchased services.

Roles:

Follow up on B2B clients, customer care, and retention processes from start to end.Develop long-term relationships with customers by managing and interpreting their requirements.Consult with clients to find their requirements.Suggest appropriate services based on the client's needs.Analyze and prospect clients' needs.Train customers on how to use the purchased services.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in sales (if it's in online services is an asset).Strong teamwork with the ability to work under pressure.Ability to work with CRMs (knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics is an asset).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Focused and target-oriented.Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.Working knowledge of English is a must.Ability to work under pressure.Good experience in teamwork.
