The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

  As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.
1) Job Description:   a) Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive crisis management programs to ensure organizational readiness and response.    b) Create and oversee business continuity plans, ensuring critical operations can continue during and after a disruption for Global offices.    c) Design and implement workplace violence prevention programs, fostering a safe work environment for all employees.    d) Lead and facilitate travel security programs, ensuring employee safety while traveling for work.    e) Conduct risk assessments and business impact analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.    f) Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to enhance security protocols and communication during crises.    g) Monitor and analyze program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments based on best practices and regulatory compliance.    h) Provide training and support to employees on security and crisis response procedures.     i) Prepare and present reports to senior management on program status and areas for improvement.     2) Experience with the following programs:    a) Crisis Management    b) Business Continuity    c) Travel Security Management    d) Workplace Violence    e) GSOC Management     f) Program Management  3) Requirements:    a) Proven experience in program management, particularly in crisis management, business continuity, workplace safety, or travel security.    b) Experience in developing and implementing security policies and training programs. 4) Skills:    a) Strong understanding of crisis management principles and best practices.   b) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.    c) Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across all levels of the organization.    d) Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.    e) Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to security and workplace safety.    f) Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using visitor management systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office), with the ability to quickly learn new technologies as required.
