About the role: 
The Adstruc team is growing! As our product expands to more users across the U.S. and Canada, we need an Account Manager to manage relationships with new (and current) Adstruc users, providing training, support and proactive client service to ensure they experience the full value of the platform. By interfacing daily with our users, you’ll become an invaluable voice for their needs and feedback, contributing directly to the product development process and making your mark on the Adstruc platform. And by ensuring users are delighted by our platform, you’ll be a key contributor to client retention and revenue growth.
What you’ll do:Quickly learn the Adstruc platform, leveraging training materials and hands-on practice to become an expert resource for usersTrain and onboard new users, ensuring they are set up smoothly and equipped to succeed with AdstrucTroubleshoot user issues by providing solutions, managing directly as needed, or escalating to product and engineering teamsRepresent Adstruc and Vistar Media with professionalism, serving as the “face of the platform” in both written and verbal communicationPerform data maintenance and entry, including working with Excel and Google Sheets, to ensure inventory within the platform remains accurate and up-to-dateTranslate user feedback into actionable insights for product improvements and develop support processes and documentation to enhance efficiencyTrack key metrics like user engagement, response rates and inventory accuracy to monitor the health of platform activityWhat experience we’re looking for:1+ years of experience in advertising, media, technology, or a client-facing roleExperience preparing client-ready deliverables using Google Workspace (e.g., Sheets, Slides, Docs) or Microsoft Office applicationsProven ability to quickly learn new technologies and train others to use them effectively, whether at work or personallyDemonstrated ability to establish rapport and build trust with customers through professional communicationTrack record of proactively solving client problems or improving internal workflowsFamiliarity with how Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising is bought and sold *strongly preferredWho you are:Enthusiastic about technology and its ability to make tasks easier and more efficientCurious about how software is built and the business of advertising technologyA clear and professional communicator who takes pride in delivering high-quality workHighly organized, with a knack for things like keeping your calendar on point and using tools like checklists to manage tasks effectivelyA critical thinker who excels at “connecting the dots” and identifying solutionsUnafraid to roll up your sleeves and contribute wherever needed to support a larger missionWhat we offer:Flexible, fun start-up environment and cultureAn approachable and accessible C-SuiteComprehensive health benefits401k + matchQuarterly lifestyle stipendUnlimited PTO and summer FridaysCompany-wide and team-specific entertainment budgets for both in-person and virtual team building A flexible hybrid work environment, with a fully stocked kitchen, weekly catered lunches, and casual attire while in officeSponsored Volunteer Events and Vistar Gives Back programAt Vistar Media, we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and other relevant business considerations. These considerations can cause compensation to vary. The salary range estimate for this position as performed in New York is $75,000 - $80,000 plus bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match, and a lifestyle stipend. The actual pay will be at Vistar Media’s sole discretion, and determined by factors including but not limited to geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
