Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Description
The Sales Representative will manage relationships and opportunities with specific accounts, develop and maintain the sales pipeline, and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales goals. This position will require to travel to customers.
Responsibilities
+ Manage relationships and opportunities with specific accounts.
+ Develop and maintain the sales pipeline.
+ Manage client emails and requests, and follow up with travel/trip or call reports.
+ Develop sales strategies and business plans for specific accounts.
+ Execute sales strategies for specific projects with clients.
+ Provide sales forecast reports, maintain and update CRM and sales database.
+ Attain or surpass sales objectives as laid out in annual sales goals.
+ Travel to client locations as required.
+ Prepare proposals, costings, and other sales documentation.
+ Follow-up on opportunities/quotes and close the sale.
+ Attend sales meetings and training seminars as required.
+ Assist with incoming technical assistance requests.
+ Provide and recommend design improvements or feedback.
+ Lead handover meetings to Engineering, Kick-Off Meetings with clients, and internal follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
+ Support equipment and system start-up and commissioning campaigns.
+ Organize tests in the client center or at the client’s on-site locations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelors degree in business administration or related
+ Minimum 4 years of relevant experience managing accounts and sales prospecting.
+ Experience selling within manufacturing/ consumer products preferred.
+ Experience with proposal preparation.
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM.
+ Valid driver’s license and Passport.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to talk to C-level, technical audiences in English and French. Spanish would be an asset.
Work Environment
This position's office will be located in Kenosha, Wi. This position will require travel. Candidates must be willing to travel up to 2 weeks/ month
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00
