Job DescriptionSalary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000/yr.
Reporting to the VP, Client Management, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our global network of accomplished individuals who are dedicated to inspiring clients, partners, and each other through exceptional client management.
We are looking for someone who can lead discussions about the solutions we provide for a client, how it affects them, and how it impacts the wider business.
Main Responsibilities:
Articulates our clients goals and how our work delivers on those objectives.Support the client team by independently implementing defined client management expectations.Nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with clients, colleagues and third-party suppliers.Support client brief development and delivery.Understand Jellyfish best practices to improve the quality of service provided to their clients.Coordinate across capabilities autonomously to manage client needs.Work in close collaboration with capability teams to create efficient deliverables for clients.Take execution ownership for areas of our work with clients, such as serving as the main contact on a brand or channel.Manage budget and pacing documents to ensure understanding of client spend.Achieve continuous improvement by assessing Jellyfish's working relationships, practices and methods.We are looking for someone who is passionate about promoting client success and building lasting partnerships.QualificationsKnowledge & Experience
+3 years of experience in digital marketing account managementHighly proficient in G-Suite products and project management tools.3+ years of experience with integrated paid media (social, digital, SEM, etc.)Skill Requirements
