Temp-to-Hire position$21.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Provide and maintain a high level of customer serviceInteract with customer in-person and via phoneFollow-up on leads and educate customers on apparel offeringsConsult and suggest comparable products at multiple price pointsBuild and maintain client relationshipsResolve customer problems in a timely and effective mannerAssist with inventory tracking (Purchase order receivables)Accurate data entryAccount Manager Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with clients effectively.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, and resolve customer issues promptly.Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Ability to think critically and offer solutions to clients' needs.Strong attention to detail, especially for inventory tracking and data accuracy. This set of qualifications provides a clear picture of what is expected from an Account Manager.
