Corpay is currently looking to hire a Prepaid Operations – Account Manager within our Prepaid Operations division. This position falls under our Comdata line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will serve as the primary client services contact, supporting client retention, satisfaction, and sustaining revenue growth for strategic, key clients. You will report directly to the Manager of Account Management and regularly collaborate with our shared services team to ensure successful delivery of services and client support.

The responsibilities of the role will include:
Managing client relationships for Payroll, Corporate Disbursement, Corporate Spend, and Incentive products. Providing day-to-day account support, including problem resolution, research, and analysis. Developing and executing client service delivery strategies aligned with contract specifications and cost components. Conducting training sessions for cardholders and ensuring compliance with state payroll laws. Preparing and delivering regular performance review calls and presentations to clients. Proactively identifying opportunities for account growth and promoting best practices. Mentoring and guiding team members on complex processes and standard practices. Leading and structuring projects to drive innovation and team growth. Supporting the escalation process and providing expert solutions for critical issues.Qualifications & Skills
Associate or bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of strategic, key client support and account management. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills. Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred. Knowledge of payroll or prepaid paycard processes is a plus. Availability for after-hours and weekend support, as required. Up to 10% travel may be required.Benefits & Perks
