Reports To: Division President Position Summary: Foresight Intelligence has an exciting opportunity for the right individual. As a Foresight Intelligence Account Manager, you will be expertly managing multiple customer accounts. Your entrepreneurial attitude encourages laser focus on customer satisfaction, pushing boundaries, actively listening for nuances, and continuously improving efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties and Responsibilities: + Building relationships with key customer stakeholders and awareness of account activity. + Consistently conducting customer account review calls throughout the year. + Maintaining a positive and confident manner while conducting activities via telephone, email, and remote connections with range of non-technical and technical users. + Coordinating issue resolution efforts with team members, customers and third parties. + Logging all application-related requests completely and accurately in our Incident Management system + Addressing Tier 1 user help questions. + Proactively lead product update and conducting application training as needed + Provide sales quotes, and log all sales-related requests completely and accurately in our CRM (Salesforce) + Identify optimization opportunities for improving client retention, including weekly status reports and quarterly onsite visits to strategic accounts + Driving process consistency and operational efficiency + Proactively asking questions and seek assistance when needed + Perform other related duties as required/assigned M inimum Requirements: + Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent relevant professional experience required + 5+ years’ experience working as an Account Manager in SAAS environment required + Experience working as a software trainer is a plus + Financial background/experience including working with accounting systems a plus + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Heavy Equipment, Construction, Fleet management experience a plus + Strong working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Word. Proficiency with Equity Edge  and Salesforce software is a plus. + Strong communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills + Maintains a high standard of accountability and dependability + Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks (i.e. exceptional organizational and time management skills!) Physical Requirements: + Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods. + Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from worksite to another location such as customers office. + Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
