This position will manage sales activities and accounts for assigned customers and products. The ideal candidate must be detailed-oriented, organized, motivated to exceed, continuously improve, analytical, and proactive. The candidate must also have a strong sense of urgency to provide excellent support to customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
+ Manage sales activities and accounts for assigned customers and products.
+ Provide detailed-oriented, organized, and motivated support to exceed customer expectations.
+ Continuously improve processes and analyze data to drive sales.
+ Maintain a strong sense of urgency to provide excellent support to customers and internal stakeholders.
+ Process purchase orders, enter data into ERP systems, and manage order processing and entry.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of prior sales administrative support, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
+ Prior technical product sales experience.
+ Aerospace experience preferred.
+ Strong relationship and customer development skills.
+ Ability to identify customer needs and create solutions within company capabilities.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Well-organized, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
+ Fluent in reading and writing English.
+ Sustained, dependable attendance.
+ Cooperation with others in a team environment for cross-training and conference on operational issues.
+ Initiative in learning and changing work methods to accomplish assigned tasks on a timely basis.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with aerospace distribution, MRO, and aftermarket support sales models.
Work Environment
Enjoy a 4/10 work schedule from Monday through Thursday, working 10-hour shifts from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, with every Friday off. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
