顧客とマルチレイヤーでの関係構築顧客組織内や外部の影響者と継続的な関係構築電話、打合せ、イベントなどで、顧客に頻繁にコンタクトを取ると同時に、新規顧客開拓を積極的に行う開発やマーケティング部門と協力し、顧客に製品の価値を理解頂くカスタマー・コンサルタントと協力し、アフターセールスサポートの提供市場からのフィードバックを提供しより良い製品開発に貢献

【応募要件】

大卒以上3年以上の法人営業経験(特にITや金融など無形商材営業のご経験)ビジネス初級以上レベルの英語力(営業活動や社内言語は主に日本語ですが、グローバル側からの資料やイントラネットは全て英語です)


【歓迎スキル】

ヘルスケア業界での経験E-ラーニングツールなどのセールス経験無形商材セールス経験柔軟性をもっていて、チームワークに対応できる方

This role is responsible for selling Elsevier Health Solutions electronic products (mainly Japanese products) to medical institutions. Our products efficiently improve the skills of doctors, nurses, students, and other healthcare professionals, and contribute to the improvement of Japanese medical technology. Account Managers provide solutions that meet the needs of decision-makers at medical institutions and aim for sales targets by acquiring facility budgets.

Customers: Hospitals, universities, nursing schools

• Build multi-layer relationships with customers

• Provide market feedback and contribute to better product development

Must Have
