Job Description

Reporting to our Account Director or Client Partner, you will play an important role within our client management team and beyond. You'll contribute to the daily running of some of our flagship UK accounts and lead the conversation about the value Jellyfish and our proprietary tools can bring in growing their business. As we're a full-service partner, these accounts could be creative, media or technology-leaning - an exciting opportunity to stretch your existing skillset and knowledge.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Understand client goals and interpret them into agency actionSupport the team by independently implementing everyday fundamental tools (such as task management updates, meeting agendas/notes, Salesforce data and financial accuracy) for Client Management to the best standardsTake execution ownership for a specific area of our work with a client such as serving as the main contact on a brandSupport delivery of Response to Brief documents and Quarterly Business ReviewsUnderstand Jellyfish best practices and products, and aim to improve the quality of service provided to our clientsCoordinate across internal specialist teams autonomously to manage client needs and delivery

Qualifications2+ years agency, client or platform experienceDemonstrated expertise in task management, account leadership and project coordinationSkills using the Google Suite are useful, but easily transferable from Micrtosoft (e.g. slides/sheets/docs etc)Familiarity working with paid and owned media channels including PPC, SEO, Social and Programmatic and basic understanding of the Google Tech StackAdept at working with, and interpreting data from dashboards and other platforms
