The Account Manager role is an important customer facing role working from our Brokerage division office in Dubuque, IA, and has the following job duties: Daily tasks: + Communication with customers and carrier reps. + Maintaining high KPI scores that meet or exceed customer expectations. + Managing a current book of business of existing customers while also working on adding additional organic customers. + Staying up to date with current market rates, trends, industry news and weather. + Building shipments, setting pick-up and delivery appointments as needed. + Bid on spot shipments, complete RFPs and SOPs for customers. Preferred Requirements: + College Degree. + Logistics & customer service experience.
