Key Responsibilities
Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Primary Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for client’s inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services that meet client expectations.
Team leadership: Lead teams to deliver entity requirements ad achieve project goals.
Entity Reviews: Conduct regular entity reviews, identifying opportunities to enhance client benefits.
Account Performance: Monitor account performance and provide regular/monthly reports to clients and management.
Industry Trends: Understand the entities industry trends and best practices to ensure client receive the best possible services.
Strategy Development: Assist in the development and execution of entity management strategies to achieve business objectives.
Documentation: Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other relevant documentation the clients.
Budget Management: Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
Risk and Compliance: Ensure all teams adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Culture: Articulate and live the Cushman & Wakefield culture, model organizational vales and required behavior and hold others (employees and peers accountable for their actions by identifying and acting on behaviors which is inconsistent with agreed standards.
Required Competencies:
Communication skills: Clearly articulate idea, proposals to clients and internal teams
Relationship building: Develop and maintain strong, trusted-based relationships with clients and internal teams.
Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve clients’ issues and challenges.
Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Negotiation Skills: Effectively negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
Analytical Skills: Analyze data to monitor entity performance and identify trends or issues.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about entity trends and best practice.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
About You:
Must have or be able to obtain an NV1 clearance.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Account Management, preferably within the Government space.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading large teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple teams/projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
