Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…
To join our team as an Account Manager! You will serve as a customer representative, building relationships in local and national markets while managing and resolving customer concerns. Responsibilities include tracking interactions, verifying installations, and ensuring accurate paperwork. You will sell technical products/services, provide training on specifications, and communicate program updates. Additionally, you will develop strategies to increase savings acquisition, collaborate with engineering teams to analyze technical requirements, prepare sales forecasts, and troubleshoot technical issues to recommend solutions.
 

Preference for candidates in the central Oregon region.

Maintain current accounts and develop new accounts for medium-size kWh goals for one or more programs. Responsible for larger, moderate risk, and complex accounts.Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers. Design and deliver proposals.Document customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements.Provide input and status updates to program staff.Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specificationsTravel up to 25% throughout a defined territory with a larger geographic impact or mix of low and high-tier client impact.
