About the role:
We’re expanding our team in Brazil and looking for an Account Manager to drive client success and strategic growth in this fast-evolving market. This role is key to ensuring that Vistar Media continues to deliver value for advertisers, agencies, and partners by providing outstanding service and expertise in DOOH and programmatic media.
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with top-tier advertisers, agencies, and media owners, acting as a trusted advisor to help them maximize their investments in DOOH through our platform. You will collaborate with our Sales, Supply, Product, and Analytics teams to execute effective media strategies and drive adoption of Vistar’s solutions.What you'll do:Manage and grow relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and partners in Brazil, ensuring the success of programmatic DOOH campaigns.Develop strategic plans for clients, identifying opportunities to increase media spend and optimize campaign performance.Lead client onboarding, training, and ongoing education on Vistar’s platform and solutions.Partner with the Sales and other teams to build tailored solutions for advertisers and agencies.Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot campaign challenges and improve platform capabilities.Identify and execute up-sell opportunities, driving revenue growth for Vistar.Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, client feedback, and campaign performance.What experience we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or programmatic advertising, preferably in OOH, ad tech, or a related space.Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, RTB, DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges.Experience working with brands, agencies, and trading desks.Proven track record of managing client relationships and growing accounts.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and presentation skills in Portuguese and English.Who you are:Passionate about the intersection of technology and advertising.A strong communicator and collaborator with a client-first approach.Detail-oriented, with the ability to balance long-term strategy with day-to-day execution.Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving industry.If you’re ambitious, highly driven, and interested in making an impact, Vistar is the place for you.
