2nd Shift Account Manager

(Mon-Fri 1pm-10pm)

What We Need 

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Account Manager within our North American Fleet division. This position falls under our Fuel line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will work directly with clients to provide day-to-day account support, problem resolution, research, and analysis. You will develop and execute a client service delivery strategy for assigned clients around the needs, contract specifications, and cost components. You will report directly to the Manager, National Accounts, and regularly collaborate with a variety of teams and departments.

Role Responsibilities 

The responsibilities of the role will include: 

Working with an assigned mentor as accounts are assigned; beginning to work on issues for the assigned client base Working directly with clients to provide day-to-day account support, resolving problems, researching, and analyzing Responding to inbound emails, faxes, and phone calls Developing and executing a client service delivery strategy for assigned clients around the needs, contract specifications, and cost components Conducting regularly scheduled calls, including training and education Monitoring the status of service levels through the use of customer feedback Interacting and developing relationships with internal departments to support the customer base

Qualifications & Skills 

1+ years of customer service experience  Self-driven to develop professionally, improve performance, and understand the tools in place and maximize their use Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience required One to two years’ work experience with customer servicing responsibility
