Position Summary:
Brentwood Service Administrators, a leading third-party administrator (TPA) specializing in workers' compensation and liability claims, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Account Manager. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships, overseeing new business implementations, supporting the RFP coordination process, and managing contract renewals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning.Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions that align with company capabilities and client needs.Conduct regular account reviews and performance evaluations with clients.

New Business Implementations:

Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of services.Collaborate with internal teams, including claims, finance, and IT, to establish customized service plans.Develop and manage implementation timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.Provide training and support to clients on systems and processes.

RFP Support:

Assist the RFP coordinator in preparing responses to prospective client requests for proposals.Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary data and documentation for proposal submissions.Ensure all RFP responses are completed accurately and within specified deadlines.Participate in proposal presentations and follow-up discussions with prospective clients.

Contract Renewal Process Management:

Lead the contract renewal process, including negotiations, amendments, and finalization of agreements.Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Conduct financial and service performance reviews to support renewal discussions.Identify opportunities for upselling additional services during the renewal process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, risk management, or a related field preferred.3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role within the insurance or TPA industry.Strong knowledge of workers' compensation and liability claims administration.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in TPA services and client implementation processes.Understanding of contract negotiation and management principles.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
