The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Min of 3 years experience in professional security management
-Min of 3 years of experience in Account Management with multiple locations
-Min of 3 years managing at least 20 people at once in multiple locations
-Ability to work independently and mange personal time throughout multiple locations
-Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels including
-Strong sense of urgency to execute tasks and capability to make common sense decision without exposing the company to potential risks
-Proven ability to consistently coach develop their team and navigate through challenging situations
-Taking ownership of tasks, roles, and responsibility while ensuring protocol and best practices are followed
-Strong attention to detail, very organized, and the ability to be pro-active
Requirements:
-Ability to travel frequently to different sites located in different cities
-Proficient in all Microsoft Applications
-Proficient at scheduling
