We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team and support our mission to become the fastest-growing company in the language services industry. The Account Manager is responsible for developing the Account Management Strategies and driving the company’s “share of wallet” to be the client’s key and dominant vendor. This role is also directly responsible for specific accounts and achieving agreed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop account plans to promote account growth and identify new business opportunities within existing and new divisions of the assigned client’s companyLeverages and engages with the relevant people to further develop business opportunitiesCloses sales to generate new revenue according to agreed targetsMaintain existing revenue and generate new revenue on existing accounts. Ensure metrics are met and exceeded Achieve and exceed sales quota, while ensuring accurate and regular reporting of metrics and performance deliverablesEnsure proactive communications between Team Manager and the Executive teamServe as the central point of contact for liaison between selected external clients and the internal operations/production team to develop an account to generate additional revenueOther duties as assignedQualifications:
2 - 3+ years of experience in the Translation/Localization industry with experience in supporting large accounts or equivalent experience neededProven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets both individually and through a team Strategic, pro-active planner and forward thinker who is self-motivatedFamiliarity with translation and localization solutions and services including web technologies, databases, etcExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to develop and maintain rapport with clientsAbility to work well within a fact-pace and complex environment Ability to respond quickly and effectively to any client inquiries or concernsPossess strong problem-solving skills and a team-player mentality
