Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager in the Oil & Gas industry, located in Houston, Texas. This role involves both account management and new business development, requiring a blend of customer service, communication, and financial management skills. Responsibilities: • Oversee and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date • Resolve any customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner • Utilize CRM and other management systems to track and report on account statuses • Develop new business opportunities, expanding our reach within the Oil & Gas industry • Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation • Implement and manage billing functions as needed • Plan and execute successful marketing campaigns • Leverage 3M and ADP - Financial Services tools to optimize account management processes • Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members • Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
