The account manager will be responsible

Working with clients for monthly reports and uploads to the program data baseCompiling reports to send to our accounting team and insurance carrierTracking policy renewal dates and working with the team on renewal policiesUpdating template certificates as neededCompiling reports for surplus lines taxesWorking with compliance team as needed on risk purchasing group renewal formsIntaking customer coverage questions and respondingReviewing program loss runs on a monthly basis and converting to our master claims reportReviewing client marketing material

Key Qualifications

Highly organizedProficient in Microsoft ExcelSome insurance experience is preferred but not requiredAbility to work with a team on a daily basis
