Overview
This Account Manager will report to the Director, Ad Sales for Mexico to generate revenue. As an Account Manager, this person will be responsible for revenue goals which include developing existing business and new business. 

Responsibilities

Develop annual brand and media strategies that map to customer objectives.Develop sales revenue from new advertisers as well as maximize revenue from assigned list (active & non-active accounts).Achieve target revenue goals as defined by management.Prepare and present accurate and comprehensive sales pitches/presentations and establish close business relationships with all levels of clientsAct as a strategic influential partner for customers, developing solutions, prioritizing initiatives, and appropriately allocating resources for long-term success.Understand customer needs and customer journey, and develop solutions for those needsOwn, manage and develop agency & client relationships through day-to-day contact; direct from proposal through to post-analysisSeek out opportunities to develop monetary solutions for clients and ensure superior customer serviceUse first-party and third-party insights to develop strategic recommendations that lead to revenue outcomes or increased customer satisfaction.Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of clients in order to accurately forecast billings by quarterEstablish and maintain strong relationships, through proactive networking & attending relevant industry eventsWork closely with Creative Solutions, Marketing, Programming and Research to ensure consistently strong execution of all solutions; work with On-Air and digital team to ensure client needs are met and make sure content is aired when agreed toBuild strong relationships with counterparts in the global advertising team to ensure all potential client opportunities are maximizedKeep informed of industry changes and share market intelligence internally; maintain working knowledge of research products updatesDevelop and maintain deep expertise of our ecosystem, for better performance with clients

Informally mentor more junior members of staff; act as a role model

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 3 – 5 yrs Advertising Sales Experience either in-house or with agency (Digital & TV Platform)Bachelor’s DegreeProven track record of driving significant advertising revenueStrong inter-personal, team-working skills with experience developing customer relationships and influencing key decision-makersExcellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).Have good judgement and use large datasets to solve problems that span business and technologyExcellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize, to succeed in a fast-paced, ever-changing businessPassion for always learning and developing new skills



Eligibility Requirements

Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in Mexico.Capability to switch from tv to digital languages, creating proposals for one or both platformsExperience working with clients in CPG, Softlines, Hardlines, Fashion, Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Telecommunications, Hospitality, Financial Services, and/or Entertainmen.
