TEKsystems Client is looking for an Account Manager to take on a book of 350 current customers (Accountants and Bookkeepers) who are using the legacy Desktop Quickbooks products, to build relationships via calls, emails, and meetings, moving them along the sales cycle to get them to transition onto the new Cloud/online version of Quickbooks.

Responsibilities:
+ You’re responsible for growing, developing and managing Intuit’s relationships with accountants in practice
+ You can leverage data to manage pipelines, develop deep relationships with clients and act as a strong advisor.
+ You’re an exceptional communicator able to run meetings and deliver demos.
+ You’re data-driven and actively use metrics to monitor performance, trends and risk management.
+ You are always on top of your KPI’s and are able to control all your inputs, with outstanding organization skills
+ You’re a strategic advisor and innovate on the business model as appropriate, incorporating best practices from other companies and from within the company.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience going through an industry change or other shift is a big plus (shifting to new technology, new ways of completing work, etc.)
+ Knowledge of accounting an asset
+ Experience using Salesforce or other CRM
+ You have a track record of success in a Business Development Management role or similar.
+ You are customer obsessed and strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

+ You’re self-motivated, tenacious and balanced individual who brings ‘can do’ motivation to work every day

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.71 - $38.71/hr.
