Account Manager
**A Day in the Life:** Responsible for overall account management of assigned AAA Clubs. This includes managing the AAA Club relationship(s), marketing execution, and driving program results. **What You’ll Do:** + Drives program growth through broader and deeper relationships within an assigned AAA Club portfolio. + Identifies, analyzes, prioritizes and executes on all revenue opportunities, grow market share, and implement Hertz marketing plans with assigned AAA Clubs. + Responsible for meeting and communicating key performance metrics to assigned Clubs on a regular and ongoing basis. + Creates and maintains relationships with key decision makers within assigned Clubs to identify their business needs, assess incremental revenue opportunities, and align Hertz products to meet their needs. + Responsible for aligning and implementing the overall Organization’s objectives and strategies + Responsible for communication and working with a variety of cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Accounting, Loyalty, and Customer Service. **What We’re Looking For:** + B.S/B.A degree or equivalent required. + Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or account management with large, national organizations preferrable in travel or association/membership-related industries + Proven track record of successfully creating appropriate strategies to prospect, identify, and capitalize on revenue generative opportunities across multiple lines within a relationship-based selling environment. + Candidates prior experience should have maintained a high level of performance in roles increasing in scope or level of responsibility. + Strong computer, computer software and overall technology skills. + Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations + Ability to influence + Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems + Ability to drive process and organizational change. + Ability to remain motivated and keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset. + Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills. + Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills. **What You’ll Get:** + Up to 40% off any standard Hertz Rental   + Paid Time Off + Medical, Dental & Vision plan options + Retirement programs, including 401(k) employer matching + Paid Parental Leave & Adoption Assistance + Employee Assistance Program for employees & family + Educational Reimbursement & Discounts + Voluntary Insurance Programs - Pet, Legal/Identity Theft, Critical Illness + Perks & Discounts –Theme Park Tickets, Gym Discounts & more The Hertz Corporation operates the Hertz, Dollar Car Rental, Thrifty Car Rental brands in approximately 9,700 corporate and franchisee locations throughout North America, Europe, The Caribbean, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
