Description We are currently working with a client local to the Woodland Hills, CA area seeking a professional Account Manager. This role is full-time, 40 hours per week, and operates on a HYBRID schedule with 3 days on-site at their Woodland Hills office. Account Manager Responsibilities: + Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value. + Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect. + Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment. + Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior. + Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes. + Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services. + Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes. + Identifying industry trends. + Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree is preferred. + Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends. + The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process. + Strong time management skills. + Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.
