CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: ACCOUNT MANAGER
Lane Valente Industries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. This full-time, in-office position is ideal for a detail-oriented and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Account Manager will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and managing operational workflows for EV charging installation and maintenance projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional customer service.
+ Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service execution and project delivery.
+ Service Dispatching: Assign and coordinate service requests with technicians and vendors, ensuring timely completion.
+ Work Order & SLA Management: Track and manage open work orders, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
+ Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, update client portals, and generate reports on project and service status.
+ Quoting & Billing: Prepare and manage project quotes, while projecting weekly billing numbers.
+ Client Communication: Provide timely updates via calls, emails, and conference meetings; discuss additional work and new opportunities.

+ Experience in project management, electrical contracting, or construction management.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other business management tools.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships at all levels of an organization.
+ Experience in dispatching, work order management, or project coordination is a plus.
+ A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
