Account Manager
Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a dedicated Account Manager in Greenville, South Carolina. In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities to facilitate and enhance our customer service. You will be handling customer accounts, processing their projects, and maintaining communication with both customers and vendors. Responsibilities: • Ensure efficient and accurate conversion of customer quotes to jobs • Take on the role of the front desk backup, collecting payments and assisting customers with their projects • Manage emails and maintain clear and effective communication with customers regarding proofs, job updates, and completion • Possess basic print knowledge to provide estimates and advise customers on print products • Liaise with vendors for order placements • Collaborate with the production team to meet customers' needs • Foster and maintain positive customer relationships • Follow up on quotes with customers to ensure their needs are met • Exhibit versatility in assisting in other areas as required by production needs • Keep precise account records and manage customer accounts effectively. Requirements • Proven experience in account management, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously • Strong proficiency in maintaining accurate account records, with an attention to detail • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building • Ability to generate and present customer quotes, taking into account specific client needs and budget constraints • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks as needed • Proficiency in using account management software and tools • Strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage time effectively • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
