The Account Manager for Facet will be based in Tulsa, Oklahoma and will report to the Customer Service Director. This role is responsible for executing commercial sales activities within the assigned customer group.
The Account Manager will have a strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, converting leads, virtually building relationships, upselling, and closing business. They will act as the account leader, owning the delivery of base business, maintaining long-term client relationships, and addressing client-specific concerns while monitoring account performance and managing contract renewals/negotiations.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated quick learner with a bias for action. The candidate will possess strong negotiating skills, the ability to virtually showcase our offerings compellingly, and be comfortable presenting utilizing several video conferencing tools. The person must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment, both in person and virtually, to ensure a culture of success is maintained.
Engage virtually with assigned customers to develop, maintain, and expand commercial relationships. Act as the account leader, owning delivery of base business, upselling, and addressing client-specific concerns. Identify customer targets for new business growth. Understand customer drivers, markets, and align strategies and action plans accordingly. Monitor account performance and key account metrics for proactive account support and management. Prospect industry accounts to expand penetration. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. Prepare and deliver status reports, call plans, and timely activity metrics; review monthly sales reports to monitor customer performance and evaluate appropriate business actions. Forecast annual sales, report pertinent customer data, gather and report on competitive activity, and update CRM database (Salesforce.com). Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals within the assigned customer group. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, campaigns, and other lead-generating activities. Process inbound sales calls and purchase orders received via email, phone, or fax. Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information required by customer via a sales acknowledgment. Enter and approve sales orders from customer purchase orders. Recommend packaging or labeling needed on orders. Review documents to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to data entry. Partner with customers to address their project needs and assist in finding solutions. Address contract renewals/negotiations with a focus on client satisfaction and business retention. Understand and support sales policies and procedures to provide effective customer support. Maintain a consistent presence for customers and ensure work responsibilities are covered when not available. This position requires up to 15% travel, including domestic and international trips, based on project needs and client locations. Qualifications 2 – 5 years commercial experience preferred Process filtration experience strongly preferred  Professional Presence required College degree preferred

Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Committed to expanding product knowledge and utilizing all available resources while striving for continuous improvement, both professionally and for business success. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
