Job Description

As a Client Executive, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers thrive by understanding their evolving needs and aligning them with our suite of cutting-edge solutions. What You’ll Do

Drive Growth: Meet or exceed sales revenue and activity goals by building strong relationships with existing customers.Consult & Advise: Take a consultative approach to understand customer challenges, uncover opportunities, and present tailored solutions.Strategic Sales Approach: Execute a top-down sales strategy targeting decision-makers like Presidents, CFOs, COOs, and CIOs to drive revenue.Lead Renewals & Expansions: Successfully manage contract renewals and expand customer relationships to maximize their investment in Daxko.Negotiate with Confidence: Handle complex negotiations that align both Daxko’s and the customer’s goals.Travel & Connect: Expect 35-50% travel to engage with customers in person, strengthen relationships, and ensure their long-term success.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.Experience developing account plans and executing strategic sales initiatives.Ability to navigate complex negotiations while balancing company and customer goals.Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for engaging with executive-level decision-makers.Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong time management skills.Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.Ability to travel 35-50% to meet with customers and build relationships in person.

Nice-to-Haves

5+ years of sales experience in the software/technology space.Experience working with non-profits, fitness centers, or membership-based organizations.Familiarity with Daxko’s suite of solutions or similar industry tools.

Additional Information

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $85,000 per year and includes a variable compensation target of $45,000. Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth.
