Compensation: $17.99 - $20.00 per hour BOE

Responsibilities: Completes end of day closings in Appfolio - accounting platform Complete daily deposits to necessary banks Complete month end financials for POA. (Run necessary reports for Company CPA) Inputs GL codes for all payable invoices Reconciles monthly credit card accounts Maintain and record daily financials Responsible for yearly invoicing of homeowner dues and monthly invoicing of late fees Record and process Dues and Non-Dues Checks into Appfolio Update and maintain daily Troon Golf MIR (income / expense tracking) Direct contact for homeowner’s regarding their accounts Direct contact for closing attorney’s Direct Contact for CPA at company headquarters Direct Contact for treasurer of the POA Board Direct Contact for accounts payable team Contact for Collection Attorney Contact for Vendors (invoice, payment) Review pending/processing/paid invoices in Dock Link Files paid invoices Performs other duties as required Key Skills: Excel at mathematics, analytical abilities, overall financial picture, budgets, accounting practices, communication – written and verbal. Experienced in many computer applications and platforms. References: Must furnish past work references
