Account Manager
Description We are in search of an Account Manager/Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Hutchins, Texas. As an Account Manager/Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our customer base, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain relationships with our most active customers, as well as familiarize yourself with customers who order less frequently. • Monitor and manage incoming emails for new purchase orders, ensuring they are entered and scheduled into the system accordingly. • Respond to and resolve customer enquiries, including order and shipping issues, in a timely and efficient manner. • Modify shipping methods upon customer request, including last-minute expedited shipping arrangements. • Utilize computer programs and CRM systems to accurately maintain customer records and data. • Provide superior customer service, assisting customers with their needs and inquiries.
